4: Dance Aerobics – This is the most popular form of dance exercise; classes are run in most gyms. It is made up of a variety of different dance styles, including Latin dance such as the cumbia. This form of aerobics will get your heart rate up and keep you body actively burning off fat for a long period of time.

5: Dancing in Couples – This type of dancing is gaining popularity with both young and old people. It is a great way to spend time with your loved one and makes a great workout for the both of you. You may need to do some research before picking the style for you, as there are several to choose from; the fox trot, freestyle and salsa are only a few options available.

Dance aerobics could be the next big trend in the fitness world; people report good results from taking regular aerobic classes and are now enjoying exercise.
