* Read while you use your exercise equipment. If you are enjoying your book, you will find that the workout goes by faster especially if you only read that book while you work out. That will get you motivated.
* Use your workout as a time to brainstorm. Have a piece of paper and a pen nearby so you can write down any good ideas. You could make a list of things you need to do or plan a big project. You could also focus on finding solutions to a problem you are dealing with.
* You could also try using your laptop while you use the exercise equipment. Find a desk that lets you use the laptop with a treadmill or exercise bike. It probably won't be likely that you can type and workout but you can read emails or do some online research.
