We should all be getting exercise regularly to be our healthiest. The following are some reasons you need to exercise on a regular basis.

Regular exercise is also thought to reduce the chances you will develop prostate cancer if you are a man or breast and uterine cancer if you are a woman. (4) Exercise improves your mood. We have all heard about the studies showing exercising regularly increases the amount of endorphins released by the body. Endorphins help prevent depression and improve your mood. You start to get the endorphin release after just exercising for 12 minutes. Serotonin is another chemical that your body releases more of after you exercise. When you have the increase in serotonin in your central nervous system, your mood improves and you are less likely to become depressed. You will also find that you sleep better.
