You should always be sure you take your multivitamins every day. It is not going to be as effective if you take the multivitamins once or twice a week. The ingredients in most multivitamins include vitamins C, D, E, B6, and B12, niacin, thiamin, and others that work best when they are taken every day. If you miss a day of your multivitamins, then you should not take two the next day, just take one like you normally would. When you take multivitamins every day and eat a healthy diet, you will find your health improves.
